Personalize Your Moment: Include your preferred wording with your rental request. Short birthday messages, names, and celebration phrases work best. We will confirm the layout and available letters before your event. This is an interchangeable-letter sign; digital animations, app-programmed messages, and custom printed logos are not part of this rental.

Battery & Setup: The supplier estimates approximately 3–4 hours of use per full charge and about 6 hours to recharge; actual runtime varies with lighting settings and use. Plan to switch it off between presentation moments and provide a suitable outlet for recharging. A 24-hour rental is the hire period, not 24 hours of continuous illumination. Use in a dry indoor or sheltered event area and handle carefully.

Self-Operated Rental: We provide setup and instructions, then your group operates and holds the sign. No on-site attendant, beverage service, bottles, sparklers, LED batons, or other presentation props are included. Use only the supplied charging equipment, keep the sign away from liquids and open flames, and secure loose letter tiles before lifting.

Available throughout Charlotte and nearby North Carolina and South Carolina communities within our normal service area. Request the sign on its own or add it to an event-experience package. Submit a request to confirm your date, message, location, delivery, and final pricing.
