INFLATABLE NIGHTCLUB RENTALS IN CHARLOTTE, NC

An inflatable nightclub is an enclosed, portable party space with club-style lighting, Bluetooth sound and a continuously running blower. You may also see it called a blow-up nightclub or inflatable party tent. It brings a dance-party atmosphere to a backyard, venue or community event without needing a permanent nightclub. It is not a bounce house. Guests must follow our operating instructions and posted capacity rules; bouncing, climbing and rough play are not allowed.

Our small nightclub starts at $350, medium at $400 and large at $450 for a four-hour weekday rental. Weekend and Full-Day (24-hour) rates differ. We confirm availability and your itemized invoice before any reservation is secured.

Small: 16 feet wide × 18 feet long × 14 feet high, for up to 20 guests. Medium: 16 feet wide × 20 feet long × 14 feet high, for up to 25 guests. Large: 16.5 feet wide × 29.5 feet long × 14 feet high, for up to 40 guests. These are the inflatable dimensions, not the total required installation area. Extra space is needed for anchoring, blower equipment, access and clear exits. Capacity is an estimate and depends on layout and use. Send your guest count and setup-area details so we can approve the right option.

Nightclub rentals include the inflatable, a 7-in-1 party light bar, Bluetooth sound system, fog machine where appropriate, delivery, professional setup, operating instructions, takedown and pickup. Rentals are normally self-operated after training. A DJ, host, on-site attendant and generator are not included unless expressly agreed in writing. Decorations, red carpets, silent disco, photo booths and climate-control equipment are optional additions, not standard inclusions.

Choose an eligible four-hour rental or Full-Day (24-hour) rental. Events starting after 4 PM require Full-Day unless we approve otherwise in writing. We do not normally collect equipment after 8 PM; Full-Day rentals generally have next-day pickup. Confirm the delivery and pickup window with us and keep the venue accessible until collection. Overnight equipment remains subject to safe weather, site security and the rental agreement.

Safe electrical power must be available within approximately 70 feet of the setup area unless agreed otherwise. The blower must run continuously. Some equipment needs dedicated circuits, and a portable air conditioner may need a separate circuit from the blower. Tell us about your outlets before booking; we do not supply generators. Use a compatible Bluetooth device and your own playlist for the sound system. Have your music ready and downloaded when needed. An inflatable is not soundproof, so venue rules, neighborhood considerations and local noise requirements still apply.

We review the surface, access, slope, overhead clearance and surrounding space before approving installation. Grass setups use suitable anchoring; bookings on concrete use weights. Do not assume the inflatable footprint alone is enough space. Indoor installations may be available year-round in an approved venue with sufficient floor area and overhead clearance. Check doors, ceiling height, fixtures and power with us before requesting an indoor setup.

Outdoor inflatable nightclubs cannot be set up or operated in rain, including light rain, thunderstorms or unsafe conditions. Weather is considered throughout setup, use, overnight storage and pickup. Unsafe conditions include lightning, winds of 15 mph or greater (or lower manufacturer limits), flooding and unstable ground. Inflate The Night makes the safety decision; signing a waiver does not override it. If we cancel the affected outdoor rental because of weather, you may reschedule to an available date without a rescheduling fee or receive a full refund for that rental under our Weather Cancellation Policy. Popular uses include birthdays, teen celebrations, graduations, Halloween parties, glow parties, weddings and private backyard gatherings. Inflatable nightclubs can also add a memorable focal point to employee appreciation, apartment resident events, school or community celebrations and venue events. Tell us the audience, guest count, location and schedule. Children require responsible adult supervision, and every setup must meet the venue, access, power and safety requirements.

Create a VIP entrance with our red carpet and gold stanchions, offer silent disco headphones, capture the celebration with a 360 or iPad photo booth, or add karaoke, marquee letters, games and concessions. Tables, chairs, lighting and climate-control equipment can be requested where suitable. Add-ons are priced separately and depend on availability, space, power and safe use. Mobile bar service is provided and booked separately through our independent partner, Rebel Spirits Mobile Bar, not by Inflate The Night staff.

We are a local, family-owned business based in Steele Creek, Charlotte, North Carolina. Our normal service area is approximately 55 miles from Steele Creek, including nearby North Carolina and South Carolina communities such as Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Matthews, Gastonia, Concord and Huntersville. Submit the exact event address for delivery approval and an accurate quote. Locations beyond the normal service area are reviewed individually; do not assume every distant location is available.

Select your nightclub size and rental time on our booking page, then submit the request with your event date, address and preferred add-ons. No payment is required to submit, and submitting alone does not hold the date. We review availability, access and delivery before sending an invoice. A 25% deposit is due within 48 hours of invoicing unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance is due five days before the event; bookings within five days require full payment.
