Holiday Pricing Policy
Inflate The Night observes a Holiday Pricing Policy for all rentals that take place on, or are scheduled to begin on, federally recognized holidays and major local holidays. Any rental that falls on a holiday date—regardless of whether it is a weekday—will be billed at our standard weekend rate.
This policy applies to inflatable nightclubs and all party rental equipment.
Why Holiday Pricing Applies:
Holiday rentals require additional resources and operational adjustments. These include:
-
Increased staffing costs (holiday pay rates and limited staff availability)
-
Higher demand and limited booking capacity during holiday periods
-
Extended setup and pickup windows due to restricted holiday traffic and event schedules
-
Additional operational workload, including planning, logistics, and scheduling
-
Reduced business days before/after the holiday for preparation and cleaning
Because of these factors, weekday discount rates cannot be applied on holiday dates.
If you are unsure whether your event date falls under holiday pricing, please contact us for clarification before booking.
Travel & Delivery
Delivery is included within a 55-mile radius.
Outside this radius:
-
$2.00 per mile (both ways)
Some locations may be declined due to logistics or safety.
Power Requirements
The Client must provide a standard outlet within 60 feet or a generator.
If using a generator:
-
The Client assumes full responsibility
-
Inflate The Night is not liable for power-related issues
Safety Guidelines
-
No smoking or open flames
-
No sharp objects
-
Equipment must remain powered
-

Weather Policy
-

-
