TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Inflate The Night's inflatable nightclub rental service. By booking with Inflate The Night and submitting any payment towards an invoice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined below.

 

 

Definitions

 

  • “Equipment” refers to the inflatable nightclub and any additional items such as lighting, sound systems, air conditioners, red carpets, silent disco headphones, photo booths, tables, chairs, and any other rentals provided.

  • “Event” refers to the occasion for which the client is renting the Equipment.

  • “Rental Period” refers to the timeframe specified for Equipment use, including setup and takedown windows.

 

 

Booking and Reservations

 

  • Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. No dates are held without a paid deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before the Event Date.

  • If the event is booked within 5 days of the Event Date, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the Event Date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the Event Date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled event or for no-shows.

 

 

Payments

 

  • Payments are accepted via Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

  • By making any payment toward an invoice, you acknowledge that you agree to all terms and conditions provided here and on our website.

 

 

Travel & Delivery

 

  • We deliver within a 55-mile radius of our headquarters.

  • Any delivery location outside of the 55-mile radius will be charged $2.00 per additional mile (both ways).

  • Some locations may be ineligible for delivery due to distance, terrain, or local restrictions.

 

 

Setup & Pickup Policy

 

  • Setup typically occurs 1 hour before the event start time.

  • Pickup begins at the end of the scheduled rental period. Takedown may take up to 1 hour or more depending on available staff and rental complexity.

  • Events starting after 4:00 PM require a 24-hour (overnight) rental, as pickups are not made after dark (8:00 PM cutoff).

 

 

Safety and Equipment Use

 

  • Equipment must be used responsibly and in accordance with safety instructions provided during setup.

  • Do not allow smoking, open flames, or sharp objects inside inflatable units.

  • Equipment must remain connected to power sources (such as blowers or AC units) for proper operation.

  • The client is responsible for providing access to power or securing a generator if needed. Generators must be on separate breakers from other electronics.

 

 

Damage and Liability

 

  • The client assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of Equipment during the rental period.

  • Normal wear and tear is acceptable. However, intentional damage or neglect will result in repair or replacement charges.

  • Inflate The Night is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from misuse or unsafe use of the Equipment.

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inflate The Night from any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from the Event or rental usage.

 

 

Weather Policy

 

  • In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, Inflate The Night reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the rental in the interest of safety.

  • If the rental is canceled by Inflate The Night due to weather, the client will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.

  • If the rental proceeds and is cut short due to weather, no refunds will be issued after setup is complete.

 

 

Permits and Approvals

 

  • The client is responsible for securing any permits, permissions, or venue approvals required for the rental, including noise ordinances, HOA regulations, and public property usage.

 

 

Modifications and Updates

 

  • Inflate The Night reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to our website and will take immediate effect.

 

 

Governing Law

 

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the States of North Carolina and South Carolina.
