Bring the big-screen experience to your backyard with our Backyard Movie Night Package Rental in Charlotte, NC. It is a fun choice for birthdays, family gatherings, neighborhood movie nights, school events, and company celebrations.
What is included
Approximately 192-inch inflatable projection screen: A 16:9 white viewing area measuring 14 feet wide by 7.8 feet high, surrounded by a black inflatable frame. The full frame is approximately 17 feet wide, 12.8 feet high, and 6.3 feet deep. The screen supports front or rear projection and requires its air blower to run continuously.
XGIMI Halo+ Full HD projector: Native 1920 × 1080 resolution, 700 ISO lumens, autofocus, automatic keystone correction, and intelligent screen alignment. Google TV provides access to streaming apps, including licensed Netflix. For the clearest outdoor picture, plan your movie after dusk.
Two party speakers with stands: Our pair of onn. Large Party Speakers Gen 2 adds sound for your movie night, with 160W RMS per speaker and colorful LED lighting.
Vintage-style popcorn machine: A red popcorn cart with a 10-ounce kettle for fresh theater-style popcorn. Popcorn packs and serving bags are included.
Decorative string lights: Warm-white Edison-style bulbs add a cozy glow around the viewing area.
Your choice of seating, at the same package price
Choose 6 gray Beanless Bag inflatable lounge chairs for a relaxed lounge setup, or 12 white folding chairs for more individual seats. Select your preferred seating option when requesting the rental. The package includes one seating option.
Delivery, setup, and takedown
Inflate The Night handles delivery, setup, operating instructions, and takedown. After the walkthrough, you operate the equipment and enjoy the evening with your guests.
Planning your movie night
Provide a level, dry setup area large enough for the 17-foot-wide by 6.3-foot-deep screen frame, with 12.8 feet of height clearance, plus extra room for anchoring, the projector, and seating. Suitable electrical outlets are required: the screen's air blower must remain powered throughout use, even when the projector runs on its battery. Provide attachment points for the decorative lights. Keep the screen and viewing area away from bright lighting for the best picture. Outdoor setup depends on suitable weather.
Customers provide their chosen movie and any required streaming login. Streaming requires reliable Wi-Fi; a compatible connected device can also be used. The projector has a built-in battery rated for up to 2.5 hours, with actual runtime varying by use, so suitable power is recommended for the full event.
