Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
📅 How Booking Works: 1️⃣ Submit your request → we’ll review & confirm by email or phone. 2️⃣ Pay 25% deposit within 48 hours to secure your date. 3️⃣ Remaining balance due 5 days before event. 4️⃣ We arrive 1 hour before your start time for setup. 💳 Payment Options: Credit, debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Buy Now Pay Later Options: Klarna and Affirm. Cancellation Policy: ✅ Cancel 5+ days before event: full refund of deposit. ❌ Cancel within 5 days: deposit is non-refundable.
