Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
1️⃣ Submit your request → we’ll review & confirm by email or phone. 2️⃣ Pay 25% deposit within 48 hours to secure your date. 3️⃣ Remaining balance due 5 days before event. 4️⃣ We arrive 1 hour before your start time for setup.
